Passengers should clarify check-in times with their
airline. As a guideline, passengers travelling on
scheduled flights should check in 2 hours prior to
departure, and passengers on charter flights should
check in 3 hours prior to departure.
All of the major airlines and tour operators using
Cardiff International Airport are represented in
the check in hall for late collection of tickets,
assistance with check in and general enquiries.
Flight departure monitors are prominently positioned
displaying up to date flight information.
Exeter International Airport
Departing
passengers must attend the check-in desk in the Main
Terminal Building (Departures),
at the time stipulated by the airline or holiday
company.
The following minimum check-in times usually
apply:
Domestic Scheduled - 45 minutes
Other European
Scheduled - 1 hour
Chartered Holiday Flights - 2 and a half hours.
The
Terminal is closed following the last aircraft
movement of the day and reopened for the first
flight
of the day to allow for the check-in of
passengers at the times stipulated by the airline
or holiday
company.
Bristol International Airport
Check-in times vary depending on your destination
and airline. For full details you should refer to
your ticket or contact the airline that you are travelling
with or the relevant Tour Operator.
Passengers are strongly advised to check-in at the
airport at least 1 hour before a scheduled flight
and 2 hours before a charter flight.
Charter Flights - the check-in desks open three
hours prior to the departure of all Charter flights.
Scheduled flights - the check-in desks open two
hours prior to the departure of all Scheduled
flights.
