Jay Cars does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed departures for whatever reasons i.e. traffic delays, accidents, severe weather conditions, breakdowns or any other unforeseen conditions.
In circumstances beyond our control (ie breakdowns, etc), Jay Cars reserves the right to supply an alternative vehicle of a similar specification.
Waiting time and car parking is charged if the driver has to wait 30 minutes over and above the appointed pick-up time.
Waiting time is only charged when you request us to wait over and above any appointed departure time.
No costs will be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for our driver, make alternative transport arrangements or leave the airport.
Please ensure you inform us regarding your arrival day and time into the UK and not your departing information. Also please inform us if you have a serious delay on your return journey.
Prices quoted at the confirmation stage are the price you pay (subject to any additional parking/waiting charges or deviations from the original booking),
should a customer "not show" for the booking, the customer will be charged for the total amount of the fare.
Customers paying by credit card must pay an order 24-hours before traveling.
All cash payments for return travel must be met in full and given to the driver on the outward journey.
Each customer with a confirmed booking will be given the mobile telephone number of the driver the day before travel.
Should a cancellation be made 12 hours before travel, then all pre-payments/deposits will be returned - subject to a 15% administration charge.
We accept cheques by prior arrangement, payable 7 days in advance of travel.
A standard one way journey is:
1) from one pick up address to your departure airport.
2) from the arrival airport to one drop-off address.
